His team is also currently developing the epic, new, reality TV series, “Good Cart!”. A series that will intervene in shoppers lives and transform them through food and nutrition. Also in development…. “DREAMIT!” The primetime, competition based TV series that will discover the next generation of Hollywood, Television and Music Superstars!
For over 11 years he was Founder, CEO and creative force of StarMedia Productions where he created and was the Executive Producer of the National TV Series, “EARTH” hosted by John Holden. EARTH aired weekly on a combination of Fox Business, History and Discovery. On each episode of his EARTH series, Orlando worked closely with and featured a who’s who of Fortune 50 CEO’s, a U.S. Governor, a former President, & major celebrities. Even the MLB All Stars to name a few. After 11 years of spanning the globe, he sold StarMedia and his EARTH series to form DREAMIT. He is not affiliated with the current management or version of the show.
He was the E.P. of Young Americans with Jenni “JWoww” Farley which aired on TLC and Here’s to Your Health with 17th Surgeon General Richard Carmona & Marilu Henner which aired on LifeTime. Orlando was also EVP of Programming for Modern Cuisine with Loni Anderson which aired on Food Network.
A native New Yorker, he started his career in the television, advertising and production industries in New York City and Los Angeles. He was fortunate to work for such global powerhouses as BBDO NY, OmniCom Companies and KBD-NY and LA in account management. In this role, he spent over 10 years overseeing multi-million dollar productions and working side by side with the best in the industry! To this day he continues to build on and utilize the solid relationships he formed with global agencies and major broadcast networks.
